As with all DMV products and services we offer, California ELT provides electronic lien and title service at the most reasonable cost to you.

The cost to process each lien notification is $5 (five dollars).

The tranasction amount is charged when the California DMV sends the lien notification to our electronic lien and title system. The fee includes complete account management and access to managing (e.g. viewing, printing, releasing) all your California electronic liens and titles within the California ELT system.
