Electronic Lien and Title Convert Paper Titles

With California ELT, California lienholders have the ability to convert a paper title into an electronic title.

Until early 2013 California titles were predominantly in the paper format. With the enhancements brought to managing liens and titles in California, California ELT has provided the ability for lienholders with California paper titles to convert them to California electronic titles easily.
